  1. Im a skinny guy and my tip is just do calistenhic for a few weeks Just to get that Lil muscle up then go to the gym 2 times a week, don't forget to drink Coffee or preworkout drink before start lifting and eat dem breakfast too

  2. Hi there! you're motivation videos are nice! 🙂 I just get started hitting the gym last Thursday.. just wanna ask if it's going to be painful after the gym? I mean its two days since I go to the gym I know its natural to feel so much pain when your starting.. but is there a way to prevent soreness or pain after the days I go to gym or should I go to gym even though I still feel the pain? btw Is it okay to go to the gym 2 days a week cause I got a plan that was only for two days? any other advice hahaha… thanks a lot..

  4. This is a great and ecouraging video. Me and my wife joined a gym and started today Dec 29 2017. Glad i watched this video this advice will help me set a course for how i want to work out. Me and my wife have set goals on how much we want to lose and we are ready and willing to work hard.

  5. He makes me feel so comfortable like hearing him talk the way he explains things. He isn’t like how those other guys who are all in your face. He actually cares about you (viewer ) in making sure that you are comfortable.

  6. 13:29 man that pic is crazy! You both are such an inspiration. I'm 32 and I'm in terrible shape. Weight is about 269 and I'm 5'11, my chest hurts constantly, out of breath easily, lots of aches and pains in my body. After watching this video though I really am motivated. You both look amazing and it truly is astonishing how much progress you've made.

  7. This was helpful . I am new to the gym and I am starting to learn the machines and how to properly use them. Question: how much weight training should I be doing everyday? I do Cardio for at least 30 to 50 min so how much time should I put into the weights?
