♥♥♥♥ I have continuously fluctuated between my weight for a while. The photo in the thumbnail is me at my heaviest on the left, and me at my fittest on the right. I let go of myself and packed on back the pounds, but I know just what to do to get rid of it! With a large group, I know we can all have amazing results. I will feature every person on this journey with me throughout my youtube channel!

I know the meals to eat, meanwhile still maintaining sweet treats & all of life’s other glorious things. I know the workouts to do, for each person that wants to target a specific part of their body. And the best part about this is we will be doing it as a team, you guys will NOT have to pay me, and last but not least you will watch me become #iFlabFAB. ♥♥♥♥

  1. I am not sure why anyone would judge you for using garlic salt or putting all the veg in one pan – that just seems sensible to me?1 I only use one pan as much as possible! However, in order for your vegetables to cook at the same time every type of vegetable needs to be the same size (your broccoli ranged form quite small to fairly large chunks). You then need to take into account what takes longer to cook. In your case it would be the corn so I would put that in first, let it boil for a few minutes before adding the carrots and then broccoli.

  2. I know you have probably seen tons of 'preechy vegans' before, but a HUGE reason you keep on putting that weight back on is calorie restriction caused by diets. If you look up the raw till 4 diet, it will slowly but surely heal your metabolism. I was about your age and about your weight before and I've been on this diet for 2 years, now (along with a small amount of exercise, of corse) I am leaner than ever! I know it seems extreme but I at least ask you to stop promoting meat, especially chickens. This comment would stretch miles down the page if I were to tell you everything that they do to chickens and animals. I love spreading the message of peace and a cruelty free lifestyle to as many people as I can, I hope you are willing to do that too 🙂
