  2. I really enjoy your video's and find them very informative and presented articulate and I want to say "pleasurable" way, for lack of a better way to explain it. Anyway, I have been doing my best transitioning to a vegan diet which in itself is cheaper then an animal based diet right of the bat. With that said since making this transition, and eating more plants, I am concerned about getting an over abundance of pesticides and Lord knows what else sprayed on my food along with GMO"s especially seeing I am eating way more plants then I have ever had. I see all this food you bought and was wondering what your thoughts are on this subject and if you have any concerns.

  4. Buying frozen veges are good to buy when you have left over money on your spending plan, this way when you might have a short week you have lots of food available and its healthy and quick 🙂

  6. Hey Matt, I hope you can help me. So I'm 15 years old and I am vegan since march.Here's my problem I don't want to lose weight or anything but recently I've lost my appetite and lost therefore around 3kg. Now I weight around 50kg at a size of 170cm. I'm just forcing myself to eat and I hate it. What should i do?
