    Ensure you consume enough water – I recommend 8 cups per day.
    Set a max amount of chips candy sugary drinks you have per day.
    minimize snacks or have fruit or vegatables.
    Keep a record what you eat and check it to see how you can cut down.

  4. You guys gotta realize that you also need to actually work out too. So your weight × 14 -500 may seem like a lot but you need calories to work out. Cardio. Cardio. Cardio. Just dropping calories will do barely anything.

  5. If I do the math which is 14 times 210 = 2940 – 500 I get to have 2440 calories of food a day. Okay, that might be doable because I started at 1500 calories and was almost, but not quite, able to stick to it. However, with an additional allowance of 940 calories a day I don't see myself having a hunger problem. In fact, I've already got my food scale and notebook so I can start tomorrow and see what happens. THANKS GUYS!

  6. Im 241 now, I have been eating around 1600-2000 calories depending on if my wife makes dinner, and I never feel hungry, or light headed or anything. Should this concern me?

  7. Merely Google “lyly amazing guide” and you’ll find the best diet plan there is or ever was. That helped me to drop 10 pounds — and I’m still getting rid of weight. Fantastic diet plan. I hope you will love it and attain good results soon.

  8. its just hard for me to coubt calories and know how much to take in.. i weight at least 250+ but im tall im 6'2.. so it doesnt show much but i still need to lose i just get confused on calories and what carbs protein and all this healthy talk means.. all i know is to jog at least 3 miles a day and just eat less/less calorie intake.. please help me understand all this..

  9. One question. After cutting x amount of calories from a daily food intake, will I never be able to eat more than that? Seems like we'll be cutting a lot of calories man. What if I'm close to my end goal, and i'm down to 1200 calories a day.. That's really nothing :S
