  1. My biggest mistake EVER is that i was doing weight training in the gym without cardio, or just short time like 15 min before and after and that's REALLY NOT ENOUGH for a type like i am.. Big butt and thighs … I was just gaining weight with this kind of training … Ladies if you don't wanna have fatty big bums like Nicki Minaj… DO CARDIO + som lightweights but in a moderate way .. 😊👌💗 and care about your carbs what you eat … You CAN eat chocolate but a piece not a whole bar. You can eat pizza but a slice 🍕 not a full pizza 🙂

  2. Not diversifying my work-out and not doing enough strength training. But Carly and her channel are going to help me change that. Can't wait to really get into this.

    I think another really huge one for all of us is consistency. I think being consistent is one of the biggest favors you can do for yourself. That's what I am committed to right now.

  3. I will try this today after starting losing weight again in April I have hit the dreaded weight loss plateau and haven't lost weight in 3 weeks. I know that weight isn't a measure of fitness but do you have any advice on what to do to push past that plateau? Thank you x

  4. My mistake was always good but I've recently gotten better at it. Food and hydration. I also get bored of workout videos in the first week so I never give it a chance to see any effect on my body 🤣

  5. The biggest mistake I make is letting myself get way too worried about whether I'm doing an exercise wrong, it completely puts me off my workout and makes me super self conscious in the gym. I was wondering if you could do a video about protein powder, BCAAs etc and what you think of them, brands you'd recommend and when they're worth investing in.

  6. I need to lose weight quickly! I'm being tested for a thyroid condition and I've successfully lost weight before on a 1500 calorie, however my doctor suggested to me a 800 calorie diet, should I do this??

  7. thanks for this ! i love doing weights but i only have access to dumbbells in my gym and a few machines, no lifting bars which i would love to use. do you think its possible to workout with just these and see a change ? i plateau really easily so looking to switch it up xxx

  8. This was really helpful, me and my partner having been going on evening walks yet not really losing any weight so i definitely know its because we aren't pushing ourselves enough as we don't tend to break into much of sweat so going to add in more running/jogging xx
