If you are a beginner, you would like to start losing weight but do not know which workout routine / plan / video to follow, DO THIS WORKOUT for the next 4-6 weeks!
This is a total body fat burning workout designed for beginner like you to start losing weight quick and effective. No equipments are needed, just you and your enthusiasm!
Do this workout 3 times weekly, together with cardio (swimming, jogging, walking, cycling, walking up the stairs etc), 3 times weekly for 30-45mins for best result.

Estimate Cals burn is between 350 – 450 Cals (4 sets). The heavier you are, the more you burn.

  1. I`ve always had a bit of excess fat and I never thought I would uncover a diet that could assist me to to eliminate it until I actually tried out the “fetching tuti space” (Google it). Lookup the “fetching tuti space” on Google for yourself and see exactly how easy it can be. You`ll like it, trust me.

  2. Hi, i have one question. You said to do it 3 times weekly with 4 sets which equals 12 times but if i do it everyday twice which is equal to 14 times. It would be better right? And i hope this will not be considered as over training.

    I am a 13 year old girl , and I really need to loose weight , especially belly fat , my body is okay , but the only problem I have is my belly , and thighs . I have a fat belly , and thick thighs , I really would like to loose 20-30 pounds in at least 2 months . Wish me luck .

  4. Can't say enough about (((Don’t Miss Free Source 👀 ow.ly/xVGz30hhywd 👀 ))) and how much it's helping me after feeling SO out of control. I've been yo-yo dieting on every single fad diet that's come along since about 2007 – and in the last couple of years I began overeating beyond being stuffed to the gills to the point of major discomfort. Then I began binging on junk food, hiding food, going to the store making special trips almost daily for snacks, baked goods, chips. Eating whole bags of family sized chips, boxes of cookies, packs of muffins, going to drive thru for fast food daily. I didn't know how to make it stop and the more I did this, the more I hated myself, so I ate more.

  5. You should come up with beginner excersise for the obese….im probably 100 lbs overweight so its hard to get into some of those positions….I'm not giving up tho lol

  6. I threw up after do in one set I suggest for super beginners like myself to do 1 set 3-4 times per week and gradually add more onto your routine along with a planned meal diet. Otherwise you might hurt yourself or make yourself sick.
