Aloo ki sabzi is a very popular Indian potato recipe. Though it’s It’s a bit spicy but loved by all. I made this potato curry sabzi a bit spicy. Without aloo ki gravy sabzi, food is incomplete.
This spicy potato curry is mixed with masaledaar spicy gravy. It came out so good. Full recipe:


6-7 Pieces medium sized boiled and sliced potatoes
2 medium sized finely chopped Onions
1 medium sized chopped tomato
2 tsp Oil
3 pieces of chopped green chilly
1/4 tsp of mustard seed
¼ tsp cumin seed
½ inch piece of grated ginger/ginger paste
1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilly powder
3/4 tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Garam masala
Kasuri methi
Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

    but mustered seed we do not use in all ki sabzi me especially delhiwalas /North Indian
    any way it was tasty
