  1. There is no way loosing 20kgs quick n fast. So put up genuine tag lines. You can advice but there are people actually suffering

  2. I’d eat all those lunch ideas. It’s very natural. I’d probably have to sauce them up with salsa or ranch. My favorite appears to be the carrot-yam-pumpkin-corn-chicken. Cool video ☮️💟🙂
