  1. Im gonna start doing this every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Im gonna do 5 sets of 20 for each exercise (which would be 100 for each exercise). Im not changing anything in my diet. So goodluck to me! 😊 (ill come back and update yall when i start seeing results.)

  2. My New Years resolution was to work out everyday. I failed already lol but yesterday, my girlfriend asked me how my resolution was coming along. I panicked and did a few push ups lol. I said it's coming along good. Then she said well let's go to the gym. ughhhh well I'm going to work out a lot more and see what my results are at the end.

    Update: 8:37pm I was to lazy to do it before I did the excised it kill me for dinner I had pizza I know it not healthy but I couldn’t say no so now I’m doing my second one now I do 20x for each one but because I have to slice of pizza I’m doing 35x or more btw it Friday

  4. I Need Advice Ive Been Losing up to 1kg per day but i dont really exercise and i dont really eat but when i do its usually sugary food or salad ?!?!?! Whats going on ive lost 3 kg in 3 days is that healthy ?!?!!?

  5. I’m 14 years old and I lost 7 pounds in 3 months. Not even really expecting to loose that much. I didn’t snack, I would eat a (somewhat) healthy meal and then hen I wouldn’t snack until the next meal. Also I was taking over 10,000 steps a day.

  7. You cannot SPOT REDUCE FAT….. PERIOD!!! the body loses fat overall. not to mention you lose fat by reducing your caloric intake, not by doing specific exercises….. stop misleading people. your the reason people have unreal goals and give up..
