5 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies — 1 For Each Day Of The Week

Monday — Yellow Smoothie
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger

Tuesday — Orange Smoothie
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 small orange, peeled and frozen
½ peach, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated

Wednesday — Red Smoothie
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen watermelon

Thursday — Purple Smoothie
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup cherries, pitted

Friday — Green Smoothie
½ cup orange juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ avocado, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled
1 handful of baby spinach

Add liquid to the blender first.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Enjoy!

  1. I'm just wandering if it's sweet cause I be adding sugar in mine, and people be like you don't add sugar and I'm like why it's made from sugar cane

  2. I'm in college wanting to try all these smoothies each if the 5 days but sadly, I can't cook while I'm there and I'm not allowed to have a blender 🙁

  3. can you make vegetable smoothies and stuff? I like onions and brokoli. And these stuff are healthy too and shit so I would like you to make some vegatable smoothie stuff
