  2. The mental process is SO IMPORTANT! I'd say even more important than exercise. If the mindset is right, everything else will follow. Your other channel and book recommendations really helped with that. Awesome video as always 🙂 <3

  3. It is so important that you listen to your body. If your hungry; eat! Dont stress. Stress is anti-productive. Dont count calories it causes stress. 😛 strive for whole foods. Trust your body. Your body knows way more about itself than you ever will. 😛 Again stress is a saboteur. Spot on Hannah per usual! Thank you!!!

    In response to weather we prefer chit-chat videos like this…I would say yes👍. Personally, I don't always have time to watch all the video s that I'd like, (although i do enjoy them) so sometimes I'll just play them in my phone and listen(as I did with this one while I was getting ready for work 😁).

I really love how you mentioned the perfection of kids at the end of the video, and it made me think of my own kids.  So true.  I have definitely learned a lot from my kids.  I hadn't thought about them in the sense of food and eating intuitively, but I really like that example. Thanks for sharing!  🙂

  8. I seriously needed this video. It was perfect! This is exactly what I needed to hear. I've lost weight in the past since I've always struggled with my weight growing up and after having a baby 11 months ago I gained 30 pounds and it's so hard this time around…I think from just being stressed out with work and just life in general. The problem with me is patience lol I need to work on that, A LOT. Thank you Hannah, you're so amazing! <3

  11. Love this! I have found that "acceptance" comes first, then love and appreciation of my body. I've also found that learning to move in ways that are psychologically nourishing is much more healthy for my relationship with exercise, food and my body. I've discovered a love of hiking with my dog and pre-dawn runs… will it give me abs? No, and that's actually okay.

  12. Some time ago you talked about possibly doing a sauce book. Are you still thinking of making it? How about spice blends to use with different veggies in addition to sauces? I find my food to be too bland. Garlic and chilies, which I used to love, I'm now allergic to. Well, at least I won't be buying ready made stuff, they almost all contain garlic.
    In any case, I wish you all love and happiness this new year!
