1. Honey Soy Salmon: In a small bowl, mix marinade ingredients. 4 cloves garlic, minced, 2 teaspoon ginger, minced, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ⅓ cup Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, ⅓ cup honey. Pour half of the marinade on the salmon. Save the other half for later.
Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
In a medium pan, heat oil. Add salmon to the pan, but discard the used marinade. Cook salmon on one side for about 2-3 minutes, then flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove salmon from pan. Pour in remaining marinade and reduce to simmer for 30 seconds. Serve the salmon with sauce and a side of veggies.

2. Soy & Lemon Marinade: Great on steak, chicken or pork. Equal parts Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Soy Sauce and lemon juice (say, 2 tablespoons of each) and some fresh garlic. Marinade for 30-45 minutes and cook how you like – we BBQ’ed.

3. Rainbow Veggie Noodles: Stir Fry 200g sliced pork on medium heat with a little olive oil for 5 minutes. Add mixed stir fry vegetables and cooked coloured noodles to the wok and cook for 1 minute. The add 2 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce and 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and cook for a further 1 – 2 minutes until heated through.

  1. This was great, I have been researching "easy healthy dinner ideas for family" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Iyariaw Palatable Muncher – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my co-worker got great success with it.

  2. New follower! First video was poundland haul and was excited to hear your mixed accent. I'm an American living in UK and I absolutely love it here. Although I'm not a mom of young ones (my baby is 25); I do have grandchildren here and find some of your "hacks" super useful. I'm not much of a cook but have improved since moving to the UK, and these meals look super easy and so so yummy! Trying one this week. Love your channel! Lots of love from beautiful Somerset.

  11. My husband loves salmon but I'm not a fan, it looked amazing so off to sainsburys I went and made it tonight and it was AMAZING, thank you Emily. I'll try the chicken next 😋

  12. If only my twins would eat something thats not spaghetti, nuggets or fish fingers. 😐 I will try the glitter hack, but I doubt that even the fairies would make them to eat something new , atm they are not even eating things that they loved some time ago…
But me and my hubby will love these dishes, thanks for the ideas! 😊

  13. I love your videos Emily! I've been going through your playlists looking for a "beach holiday with kids hacks" video but I can't find any 😩. You always seem so perfectly organized and well packed on your family vacations! I need all the help possible for our next family vacay

  14. Hi Emily, I'm an Asian from NY and I am so excited to watch your video introducing Lee Kum Kee sauces ! As I'm using this brand everyday,
I just wonder the amount of soya sauce may be too much for the kids. I just use one teaspoon & dilute it with 2 table spoon. Btw , the 100% pure sesame oil is my 1-year old boy's favorite! I just put few drops of the sesame oil and it will make my boy finish the whole bowl of macaroni! Yeah !
