  2. That comfort food bowl looks so good! Well they all do but mashed potatoes and corn are my favorite comfort food!! For the sauce in the first recipe what would be good as a substitute for nut butter? Would it work with sunflower butter or should I try hummus or tahini or something?

  7. Hi a little tip for those cauliflower wings! Use one hand to dip them in the batter and the other to roll them into bread crumbs, that way the crumbs won't stick to your hand!
