On June 1st, 2014 I decided I had enough. I needed to get a grip on my life and get in shape so I could be the dad my son deserved. From June – Feb 2015 I lost 100 lbs from Flexible dieting and weight lifting. I then fell in love with Powerlifting and I am now on a new journey of strength.
