  1. I admit I’m not the skinniest person alive but I want to be someone who can go to the gym and workout. But it can be really hard sometimes to cut down on the junk food and eat healthy.

  2. My mom is a nurse, she found a block of wood that can fit in your hand, it the back fat roll of a very fat man, and she let me hold it before telling me where it came from, I gave it back and said I never wanted to see it again.

  3. I joined Weight Watchers a couple of months ago. I have a hundred lbs to lose. The weight is coming off slow. It was good to hear it can take a yr or two to reach goal. So I know I can do it.

  4. You dint need to loose weight to be beautiful. Just be yourself and no matter how you look, you true beauty will shine. But if loosing weight would make you feel more comfortable. Then do you, don’t let anyones comments bring you down. We are all beautiful
