  2. Oh my gosh, I love this so much! I've never really been able to follow instructions on these types of hypnosis videos but this one makes me feel sooooo relaxed! Well done! And, has anyone ever told you your voice sounds just like Catherine Tate's? (Which is a good thing, I love her 😉)

  3. Here's my progress after 6 week:
    Before this video, I watched the one for mindful eating and exercising for 3 weeks, then I watched this one for another 3 weeks.
    Result: the morning after the first time I listened to the video, I barely feel hungry, although tbh I still wasn't motivated to exercise. For some reason eating bad food makes my head ache and I crave for healthy food like fruits and grilled fish. After listening for around 8-9 days, I feel restless and I start wanting to exercise, while my appetite still being held (it's not like I don't eat at all, I eat but within the healthy amount). That day, I exercise even though it was just for a bit. After that, I started exercising even more, and I feel motivated to do so. It goes on until this day.
    Today marks the 6th week and I've lost 5 kgs so far (it's around 10 pounds I think?) and pretty sure if it wasn't for the muscle I built after all the exercise I might lost even more weight.

  4. It really helped me get a deep relaxation. But it also gave me the harsh truth but I was relaxed that I was able to sense my inner insecurities. It brought inner awareness of how bad I treat my body. The hypnosis gave me flashbacks of me overeating, heavily drinking, doing drugs and things I use to do that was VERY bad for my body. Then I started to see images of processed/junk food and I felt an urge to vommit. Then I saw images of me eating fruits and veggies in a slow motion, and exercising on a treadmill. I started visualizing my body getting skinnier and how my work uniform looked so big on me that my pants fell off my hips. I started to see how my life was changing as I see my face thin out in the mirror. This hypnosis seems like it'll work because it gives us the vision to lose weight and it's benefits.

  5. Great video Kim. Listening to the same piece of relaxing music on a regular basis can help to remind you to take the same positive actions. Such as eating more healthily or to exercise more often.
