  1. For those who cannot handle the extremely sour taste, here's a tastier recipe with the same benefits:
    –I tall glass of hot water (not boiling hot, just warm enough as if making tea)
    –1 tsp of organic cinnamon powder or half of cinnamon stick
    — Lemon juice to taste
    — raw honey to sweeten or Stevia leaf sweetener
    I love the taste of this tea. Hope you will as well.
    *Note: some people add a dash of organic cayenne pepper powder but I find it burns my throat so you can try it if you would like.
    And yes, it does work, by the second week of consistently drinking this every morning, on an empty stomach, you see the swelling of your belly going down, you feel less bloated, your skin will start to clear out, you will digest your food better, and have more energy.

  2. I've started using ACV and I'm hoping for it to be effective. I actually mix mine with honey (and water, of course). When I get my hands on some lemons or lemon juice, I'll try ACV with that.

  3. It works great IF you do 3 times daily. I drink it in the am when I first wake up then before lunch and dinner. It suppresses my appetite as well. I only had 5 lbs to lose . I used to only drink it once a day and that didn't help with weight loss.

  4. Hey! I would like to ask if this drink is safe? I have heard stories that have been told that weight loss has been lost, but also those where the addition of apple cider vinegral to the beverage causes stomach pain or diarrhea.I would really like to try this drink, but for those stories I'm afraid do try it. If someone tried this drink then you might suddenly be able to write feedback about your feelings.(Sorry for my English grammar and wording, English is not my native language)
